What it's used for here
Urgent teletype of 4 August 1947, 5:36 pm EDST, signed McKee, recorded as 62-83894-49, transcribed in the Project Gutenberg edition of the FBI's UFO FOIA documents: two men, one of Fort Dix, saw from the ground on the late afternoon of 3 August an object 'two hundred yds in air, revolving slowly, moving rapidly, and neither a kite nor a balloon', reported to the Hackensack police. A handwritten note says the information was brought to someone's attention on 6 August. The Air Force check-list remark for Incident 88 repeats this text almost word for word.
