Expected velocity anomaly for the Earth flyby of Juno spacecraft on October 9, 2013
Hans-Jürgen Busack, 2013. arXiv.
Notes that the two later Rosetta flybys showed no anomaly although the Anderson formula predicted one, that an alternative empirical formula (Busack 2007) predicted the null results, and predicts about −7 mm/s for Juno against about +6 mm/s from the Anderson formula.
What it's used for here
A dated, falsifiable prediction for the Juno flyby.
