What it's used for here
MATEC Web of Conferences 125 (2017), from a computer-science conference; open copy on the University of Nebraska repository. Uses sign-shape similarity to place Cretan Hieroglyphic, Linear A, Linear B, Cypriot and Carian in one family and reads the Cretan scripts through a Uralic ("West-Ugric") hypothesis. By the same author as the Linear A Uralic claim recorded on this site; not accepted by Aegean epigraphers.
