What it's used for here
Minos 31-32 (1996-1997), pp. 379 to 400. Younger's review of CHIC, where he restores the cat-mask sign (Evans's SM 74) that CHIC had dropped and discusses tentative sound values for signs shared with Linear A. The URL is the Mnamon resource page, which lists Younger's web edition of the hieroglyphic texts (people.ku.edu/~jyounger/Hiero/) and notes that its sign-value hypotheses are not reliable; the KU site was not fetchable in this session and the 2024 volume reports that its hosting ended.
