Tertullian, 1885. Ante-Nicene Fathers, vol. 3.

In chapter 40 Tertullian asks how many calamities struck the world before the coming of Christ, and among them gives "Plato informs us that a region larger than Asia or Africa was seized by the Atlantic Ocean".
