The Decipherment of Linear Elamite Writing

François Desset, Kambiz Tabibzadeh, Matthieu Kervran et al., 2022. Zeitschrift für Assyriologie und Vorderasiatische Archäologie 112(1).

Claims a near-complete decipherment of Linear Elamite as a purely phonographic semi-syllabary (72 phonographic signs with allographs among about 80 to 110 graphemes), starting from the Puzur-Inshushinak bilinguals at Susa and extending through the royal and divine names on the silver "Gunagi" vessels. Pages 11 to 60.
