Modelling the flyby anomalies using a modification of inertia

M. E. McCulloch, 2008. Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society: Letters 389(1), L57–L60.

Models the six anomalies (3.9, −4.6, 13.5, −2, 1.8 and 0.02 mm/s) with a modified-inertia hypothesis; predicts 2.9, −0.9, 20.1, 0.9, 3.2 and −1.3 mm/s, reproducing three within error bars.
