Kenneth and Edith Myers own and work the ranch

Garth Myers, the owner's brother, told Frank Salisbury that nothing strange happened while the family lived there; by his account Kenneth Myers died in 1987 and Edith Myers in 1994, and the ranch then passed to his family, who sold it to the Shermans. Known only second-hand, through McCue (2018) and Sheaffer (2020).
