The Malia Quartier Mu hieroglyphic deposit
Hieroglyphic clay documents from Malia as displayed in the Heraklion museum; the museum label dates them 2100 to 1700 BC.
The largest group of hieroglyphic clay documents: four-sided bars, medallions, crescent nodules and sealings from the Middle Minoan II building complex west of the palace of Malia, excavated by the French School and the core of CHIC's clay evidence. The documents are short accounts with sign groups, logograms and numbers.
