Pueblo Bonito
About 800 rooms on about 3 acres, with two great kivas and more than thirty smaller kivas. Part of the building was crushed by the fall of Threatening Rock in January 1941. Its excavation records are divided between the American Museum of Natural History (Hyde Exploring Expedition) and the Smithsonian (Judd); the Chaco Research Archive brings many of them together.
