The 1240k pseudo-haploid genotypes in EIGENSTRAT format were posted on Edmond (MPG); the printed link (edmond.mpdl.mpg.de/imeji/collection/OMm2fpu0jR3jSqnY) now redirects to the Edmond home page after the repository moved, so the genotypes must be regenerated from the BAMs or requested.
