Unicode status of rongorongo

Not encoded. A 1998 proposal by Michael Everson led to a tentative roadmap allocation (1CA80 to 1CDBF) that has since been withdrawn; the sign inventory is not agreed, which blocks encoding. Any computational work must use Barthel numbers or a project-specific encoding.
