Loch Ness environmental DNA survey, June 2018 (metabarcoding reads)

About 250 one-litre samples in triplicate from Loch Ness and Lochs Cluanie, Oich, Tarff and Dun Seilcheig, sequenced by Fasteris. No public deposit (for example in the European Nucleotide Archive) was found and no peer-reviewed paper reporting the survey. Release would allow re-analysis against current reference libraries and a check for unassigned vertebrate reads.
