The World's Oldest Alphabet: Hebrew as the Language of the Proto-Consonantal Script
Douglas Petrovich, 2016.
What it's used for here
Jerusalem: Carta. Reads the Sinai and Egyptian inscriptions as Hebrew with biblical names; rejected by specialists (Wilson-Wright 2019 and others) because the readings require invented sign values and a Hebrew distinct from Canaanite that is not attested so early. URL is a published review (Brumwell, Downside Review 136, 2018).
