A blind test of the Younger Dryas impact hypothesis

Vance Holliday, Todd Surovell, Eileen Johnson, 2016. PLOS ONE 11(7), e0155470.

Two laboratories analysed identical splits of samples from Lubbock Lake, Texas, without knowing their depths. Magnetic microspherules and nanodiamonds were low or absent at, above and below the boundary except in one sample younger than 11,500 years, where they were two to four orders of magnitude higher.
