Indigenous groups claim stake in sunken Spanish ship cargo off Colombia

Reports the request by the Killakas, Carangas and Chichas peoples of Bolivia, through lawyer José María Lancho, that Spain and UNESCO declare the galleon common and shared heritage, and Spain's position that the ship is a state vessel and an underwater grave.
