A long-term scientific survey of the Hessdalen phenomenon
Massimo Teodorani, 2004. Journal of Scientific Exploration 18(2), 217–251.
Reviews the Norwegian data and the Italian EMBLA expeditions of 2000–2002 using optical, radio and radar methods. Reports radiant power varying up to 19 kW through the sudden appearance of clusters of light balls, the ejection of smaller balls, an unidentified frequency shift in the VLF range and possible deposition of metallic particles, and describes the Automatic Measurement Station running since summer 1998.
