The Patterson–Gimlin film (16 mm Kodachrome II, Bluff Creek, 20 October 1967)
Roger Patterson, 1967. Wikimedia Commons (a digitised copy, via the Internet Archive).
The film itself, about 954 frames shot hand-held on a Kodak K-100, showing a large, dark, upright figure walking away across a creek bar and turning to look at the camera. The camera original has been missing since 1980; every copy descends from prints made before then.
