'Oumuamua as a light sail: evidence against artificial origin
S. J. Curran, 2021. Astronomy and Astrophysics.
Takes the radiation-pressure reading at face value (about 40 tonnes, about 1 mm thick) and shows that such a sail could not have been accelerated to useful speeds, so that it would need about half a billion years to arrive from the nearest plausible origin system. A&A 649, L17.
What it's used for here
The travel-time argument against a deliberate probe.
