The Interstellar Object 'Oumuamua as a Fractal Dust Aggregate

Eirik G. Flekkøy, Jane X. Luu, Renaud Toussaint, 2019. The Astrophysical Journal Letters.

Reports an apparent decrease in rotation period and shows that the YORP effect could produce it if the body is a fractal aggregate with a density of about 10^-2 kg per cubic metre, and that such a structure could survive rotation and tides. ApJL 885, L41.
