A point in the Qara hills north of Salalah, where Castagna and the Dhofar Epigraphic Project put most of the cave inscriptions; it stands for the inscribed hill country, not the whole governorate (Wikidata's point for the governorate is 18° N, 54° E, in the desert to the north).
