Placed from the description only: the excavators give no coordinates but put the temple 215 km south-east of Tiwanaku, on a ridge with Paria 17 km to the south and near the Caracollo road between Oruro and Cochabamba. The point is 17 km north of Paria (OpenStreetMap node 2630307006), which also lies 215 km from Tiwanaku. Moved from [-67.2, -17.6], which was about 20 km away.
