The shoreline of OpenStreetMap relation 4023212, simplified to within about 60 m; it encloses 55.6 km², which matches the Lake Survey's "nearly 14,000 acres". Reports, sonar sweeps and eDNA sampling cover the whole loch, so events without a recorded position are pinned to it. An earlier version of this record had a single point.
