TESS dip search and injection-recovery, Sectors 14-82, including the 2024 sectors

The Sector 81 background-decorrelated SAP pass leaves a residual at SNR 7.9 near the sector end where sap_bkg reaches -16 e/s; QLP's own detrended flux is flat there, so this is counted as a systematic. In Sector 15 the injection-recovery figures are biased low because the real dip is always the deepest candidate.

Sectors 14, 41, 54, 55, 81 and 82 show no dip of 0.5 per cent or deeper at 0.25-1 day durations, with 90-100 per cent recovery at that depth; the record of no short dips extends to August 2024. Sector 15 holds a 1.11 per cent symmetric dip on 2019-09-03 that the published 0.56-day-window analysis removed.
