Prior-work register of decipherment methods for the Voynich text (sessions 12-13)

One row per decipherment method: key citation, what it found on Voynich or controls, whether the programme has run it (method or run key), and why it might work or fail here. Version 1 written before session 12's runs, version 2 after; version 3 after session 13 (GPU lattice EM up the control ladder: R1 passed, R2 abandoned).
