## What it's used for here

Revue d'Assyriologie 107 (2013) 131–157. Edition of an Early Dynastic I stone plaque from Kiš listing captives. It discusses archaic personal names, including ŠUBUR in Archaic Ur names (Ak-šubur, Šubur, Šubur-gal) and NI-bum, 'possibly to be read Ì-bum', with NI used for its sound in an early name. It also cites a possible archaic personal name PAP:BU (MSVO 1, 94).
