## What it's used for here

Unredacted Project Sign incident summaries released by the Department of War on 8 May 2026 (209 pages). Page 185, between Incidents 87 and 89, is the check-list for Incident 88 naming the observers as Charles Casella, Jr., 287 Euclid Ave, Hackensack, and Wm Truex, U.S. Army, Ft. Dix; every descriptive field except distance, altitude, speed and 'revolved slowly' is N/S, and the remark (page 186) repeats the FBI teletype. Pages 108-110 are Incidents 50 and 50a at Wildwood, naming the observer as 'Mrs. Ethel Evans', 'authority on knitting', with her chronology and the analyst's note that no one but one neighbour saw what she reported 'in spite of an alerted coast guard, police dept. and others'. Read from the machine transcription in the DenisSergeevitch/UFO-USA mirror, which misreads the 88 on page 185 as 55; the page's position fixes it.
