## What it's used for here

The 74-page Blue Book folder for Incident 50 and 50a, the Wildwood correspondent's own case. Holds the Project Sign check-lists for 10 January 1948, her chronology of sightings from 26 December 1947 to 2 April 1948, the request of 9 February 1948 for travel orders for Maj. M. W. Faulk and A. C. Loedding to interview her at Wildwood, their visit report, the examination of her films, the U.S. Coast Guard Intelligence and Law Enforcement Division's report of investigation of 7 April 1948 (Coast Guard tower lookouts from Wildwood to Atlantic City, the Wildwood police, American Legion posts: no one else saw anything; recommended the inquiry be closed), AMC's letter accepting its recommendations, and Hynek's note on 50/50a calling the 10 January object most likely a slow-moving fireball. The sanitized copy is read from the archive.org OCR and page images; personal details about the witness and her family in the Coast Guard report are deliberately not reproduced on this site.
