## What it's used for here

Used only as a map of the specialist literature: the list of rejected affiliation proposals (Indo-European, Dravidian, Uralic, Turkic, Austroasiatic, Sino-Tibetan and macrofamily claims), the disputed phonemes (the consonant transcribed ř, the velar nasal, the vowel inventory, the lost /h/ and glottal stop), the statement that verbal morphology is hotly disputed, Deimel's count of 870 signs for Early Dynastic IIIa, and the dates of the main grammars (Thomsen 1984, Attinger 1993, Edzard 2003, Jagersma 2010). Each claim should be checked in those grammars.
