# Acoustics Monitoring Program: Iceberg Grounding on Seafloor (Julia)

Acoustics Program NOAA Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory, n.d.. _NOAA PMEL Acoustics Program (pmel.noaa.gov)_.

Julia was recorded on 1 March 1999 (day 60, 21:05 GMT) on the eastern equatorial Pacific autonomous array. PMEL attributes it to a large iceberg running aground off Antarctica, somewhere between Bransfield Strait and Cape Adare given the azimuth uncertainty.
