# Enciphered after all? Word-level Text Metrics are Compatible with some Types of Encipherment

Claire Bowern, Daniel Gaskell, 2022. _Proceedings of the International Conference on the Voynich Manuscript 2022 (CEUR Workshop Proceedings 3313)_.

Enciphers known texts in several ways and compares their word-level metrics with the Voynich text, finding that some types of encipherment produce figures compatible with the manuscript; Currier B came out closer to the cipher versions than A.
