Describes Vault Part 110 (668 pages) including Special Agent Charles Farrell's 336-page report of 16 February 1972 (325 suspects under investigation, 220 eliminated by 4 February 1972), a retouched McCoy photograph with sunglasses, the 1964 Boeing airstair test in Part 71, and Mucklow's report that Cooper unpacked a parachute.
