# Exploring potential impact-induced magnetic signatures at the Tunguska event epicenter using UAV-based magnetometry

M. Takáč, G. Kletetschka, N. Hasson et al., 2025. _Earth and Space Science 12(7), e2024EA004194_.

The first detailed magnetometer survey of the epicentre, by drone over about 30 km²; anomalies follow known geology, some align with the presumed trajectory (about 300°), but the authors cannot attribute any anomaly to impact remagnetisation and call for palaeomagnetic sampling.
