# The Lunar Calendar of Tablet Mamari

Jacques B. M. Guy, 1990. _Journal de la Société des Océanistes 91_.

Reads the sequence of crescents and attached glyphs on side a of the Mamari tablet (text C) as a lunar calendar with a rule for inserting intercalary nights, building on Barthel's identification of the passage. Pages 135 to 149. The only passage of rongorongo whose function is generally accepted.
