# A fast radio burst associated with a Galactic magnetar

C. D. Bochenek, V. Ravi, K. V. Belov et al., 2020. _Nature 587(7832), 59–62_.

The same burst, ST 200428A (FRB 200428), seen by the STARE2 array at 1281–1468 MHz with a fluence of 1.5 ± 0.3 MJy ms. Its energy is 40 times less than the weakest extragalactic FRB then known, and it coincided with an X-ray burst.
