# Systematic and Statistical Uncertainties in the Non-Gravitational Acceleration of 3I/ATLAS

Federico Spada, Małgorzata Królikowska, Luke Dones, 2026. _arXiv_.

Fits astrometry from 8 May 2025 to 19 February 2026 (7,788 epochs) with gravity-only and several outgassing models: a non-gravitational acceleration is required, with a total of about 5.4 × 10^-8 au per day squared at 1 au in agreement with JPL; the pre- and post-perihelion arcs give incompatible parameters, and systematic errors exceed the formal ones. Perihelion 29 October 2025 at 1.356 au.
