National Security Agency, 2021. _NSA Historical Releases, 15 July 2021_.

Seventeen PDFs from NSA files: press clippings, the Beale Cypher Association's "Historical and Analytical Studies" of 1970 and 1972, Carl Hammer's "Signature Simulation and Certain Cryptographic Codes", correspondence, and an internal "Beale Treasure: Fact or Fiction" note. Shows that cryptanalysts inside the agency looked at the ciphers and reached no solution.
