Logs, photographs, video, carcass examinations and soil and tissue samples are described or implied in the 2005 book, which concedes "very little physical evidence". None was published. NIDS's own index of animal-pathology reports, as it stood in May 2004, lists cases from five states and the wider Basin but none from the ranch.
