David Wulstan is british musicologist and choral director (1937 to 2017), later professor at Cork and Aberystwyth; first to divide the fourteen interval terms into primary and secondary (1937–2017), and appears in the record of Hurrian songs of Ugarit as british musicologist who analysed the Ur tuning text with Gurney (1968) and published the first realization of h.6 (1971).

Two events on the site involve Wulstan, from Gurney and Wulstan publish the Ur tuning text; Laroche publishes the full Hurrian edition in Ugaritica V (1968) to Wulstan publishes the first melodic realization of h.6 (1971).

One question rest in part on what Wulstan did or said, among them “What do the interval names and numerals in the notation of h.6 instruct a performer to play?”, which stands open: 5 answers, none ahead.
