Old Babylonian instructions for moving between the seven tunings of the sammu by changing one string at a time, published by Gurney in 1968 and confirmed by a second manuscript in 2009. It names the tunings, including nid qabli, but does not state whether the string is tightened or loosened, which is why the direction of the scale is disputed.
