Three gold sheets of about 500 BC, found folded with their fixing nails in 1964 between Temples A and B at Pyrgi, the port of Caere. Tablet A (16 lines, Etruscan) and the Phoenician tablet both record Thefarie Velianas, ruler of Caere, dedicating a shrine to Uni, identified with Astarte; tablet B (9 lines, Etruscan) is a shorter related text. The Phoenician reads securely but the Etruscan is a parallel dedication, not a translation, so the pair fixed only a few Etruscan words.
